Nicaragua Pedro Sovalbarro coffee is Red Caturra variety. Coffee plants were grown and natural processed by Pedro Sovalbarro and his family on his own farm El Progreso, which he founded after working for a huge coffee estate. El Progreso farm is an area of 1,5 hectares at an altitude of 1250 m in the community of Las Banquitas in the Matagalpa Department. The family focuses mainly on the cultivation of Caturra and Catimor coffee varieties. Nicaragua Pedro Sovalbarro coffee is characterized by intensive aroma and flavor with notes of nougat, purple grapes and pears. This coffee is perfectly suited to filter brewing methods.
