Payments

You can use one of the following ways of payment:

  • by credit card or by bank transfer
  • In cash on delivery (COD)
  • PayPal payment
  • GoPay payment
  • In cash when collecting the goods at the café
  • Wholesale customers can pay also by invoice

Delivery

We offer following ways of delivery:

  • cash on delivery parcel
  • parcel after payment by card, bank transfer, PayPal or GoPay
  • personal pick-up of the goods in a cafe Original Coffee, Betlémská 12, Praha 1
  • wholesale parcel with attached invoice

Shipping & Handling

  • sending cash on delivery parcels we charge shipping of 120 CZK
  • PayPal, GoPay, credit card, bank transfer payment shipping costs 90 CZK
  • for personal pick up of the goods, shipping and packing is naturally for free
  • Prices of shipping orders outside of the Czech Republic provides the following table. Prices are in CZK including VAT.

Discounts when the total amount of your order is 2,000 CZK and more, shipping in Czech Republic is free of charge.

When the total amount of your order is 2,000 CZK and more, shipping in Czech Republic is free of charge. At every single purchase of coffee you are entitled to a quantity discount at the amount of: (discount is calculated automatically when you reach the required amount of coffee)

Additional information

After completing your order, you will receive an email with information about the order.

If you opt for personal pick up of the coffee at our cafe in Betlémská 12, Praha 1 and you include your phone number in the contact form, you will receive a text message with the details about the pick-up of the order.

Orders are usually dispatch within 2 working days of receipt.

At our coffee you will always find all information you need and you are entitled to have. This will help you to choose the coffee that suits you best.
